acid alkaline diet by christopher vasey

Corn and almond milk, they are alkaline forming or acid-forming?

I bought Christopher Vasey book "The Acid Alkaline Diet" and after him, corn and almond milk are alkaline forming. However, there are line sources that say that corn and almond milk to form acid. What would make almond milk acid form if regular Almond Nuts listed as they are alkaline? I know that because of the acid-sweetened almond milk sugar, which has it would be would unsweetened almond milk, which was Vasey speech?

Almonds are alkaline and maize is an acidic food. Corn is for arthritis and stomach ulcers are bad, because it is acidic. Almonds, generally regarded as basic health, but I have some reports that say the opposite view. Unfortunately, there are many conflicting reports Health and even health experts disagree as to the best of health. Another fact to remember is that some acidic foods are actually alkaline once you they consume. An example of this phenomenon is orange and in fact, most fruits and vegies, the alkaline acid actually formed after you consume them. How and why this happens, I can not explain, but I have seen health reports in this sense. I think it could be the digestive enzymes in our body that Conversion of acid lead to alkaline.
