Does anyone know of gluten-free and sugar-free vegan recipes. if they are uneducated then that is great! I too have been wondering on how to make a good low calcium green breakfast smoothie. I'm losing vegan, weight and health for the benefits. All recipes are welcome:) thanks soooo much
GF / SF / Vegan Cupak. Ingredients 2-extract / 3 cup soy milk 1 / 4 cup canola oil 3 / 4 cup agave nectar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 / 4 teaspoon almond extract 1 / 4 cup tapioca flour 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal 1 / 3 cup almond meal 1 / 2 cup of rice, flour, 1 / 2 cup quinoa flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 / 4 teaspoon salt 1 / 2 cup margarine 1 / 2 cup agave nectar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 / 3 cup cocoa 1 / 2 cup non-dairy milk powder Directions 1Cupcakes. 2Preheat Oven at 325 ° F, line muffin pan with 9 inserts 3 remaining muffin tins and fill with a little water. 3Mix together soy milk, canola oil, vanilla and almond extract and agave Nectar. 4add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and add one after the other, and 1-2 minutes. Mixture will be thin. 5Fill 9 muffin tins about 2 / 3 full. Bake for 20 to 22 Minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of cupcake comes out clean. 6Let cool in the pan for 1 hours to put it to Agave. 7Frosting. 8Mix together margarine, agave and Vanilla until fluffy. 9Add cocoa powder (sift if necessary). 10Add soy milk in powder form. 11If mixture is too watery, add more soy milk in powder form. If too thick, more agave, until it reaches the desired consistency. 12Frost cupcakes and just enjoy a few raw Ones: Fudge Combine equal amounts of carob and coconut In a separate bowl, combine flakes to equal amounts of honey and almonds add merge mix butter and vanilla and butterscotch-flax-oil-wet mixture to spread into the pan, refrigerator, then cut into pieces I didn't know if we wanted sweets and desserts or meals, so I was a bit of both: Parsnip avacado raw soup: Ingredients • 1 large parsnip, grated (unless using a K-tec or Vitamix then you can just cut it up) • 1 / 2 water or celery juice • 1 large stalk celery, peeled, cut up • 1 / 4 teaspoon of flaxseed oil • Avocado • 2 drops of lemon juice (optional) • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt (optional) DIRECTIONS In a blender parsnips and mix liquid until smooth. The remaining ingredients until smooth. Sunflower pate: cups sunflower seeds, soaked for 8-12 hours. Sprouted for 2-4 hours • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice • 1 / 2 cup chopped green onions • 1/4-1/2 cup raw tahini • 1 / 4 cup liquid amino, or 2 tablespoons nama shoyu or sea salt with add'l water • pinch, or none at all • 2-4 slices red onion, cut into pieces • 4-6 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley • 2-3 medium garlic cloves, coarsley chopped • 1 / 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more to taste) DIRECTIONS Soak sunflower seeds 8-12 hours, drain, allow to sprout for 3-4 hours (leave on counter), then rinse thoroughly and remove the drain, as many of the thin inner Shells that float to the top as possible. In a food processor, process – the sunflower seeds, lemon juice, scallions, tahini, liquid amino, onion, Parsley, garlic and cayenne pepper until mixture is a smooth paste. When mixed thoroughly, taste and adjust the seasoning. The pie is a stronger garlic flavor to develop in a few hours. Yields a large bowl of pastries. (about 8 cups) faux salmon or raw tuna Ingredients • 2 cups almonds, soaked 8-10 hours • 2 whole carrots • 1 / 2 cup coarsely chopped red onion • 1 1 / 2 cup finely chopped celery, chopped • 1 / 2 cup chopped parsley • 1 / 4 cup Shallots or green onions • 1 / 4 cup lemon juice • 2 teaspoons kelp powder • 1 teaspoon dulse powder or granules • 1 tablespoon liquid amino's, Soak 2 teaspoons nama shoyu or 1 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS almonds for 8-12 hours, drain, rinse, and drain again leave. Put the almonds, carrots and Onions by the heavy-duty juicer, with a blank screen. Place mixture in a large bowl, celery, parsley, shallots, lemon juice, kelp, dulse, Liquid Amino's thoroughly.Shape or sea salt and stir into a form or in a pie shell.
