How do I go from my dog on a raw food?

I have (approximately) a 14 lb rooster spaniel mix. And I wanted to start a raw food. But I am not know exactly what they eat, how they feed. Should I give her fruit? How much do I feed them? What I just start to their feeding, or should I still give her dog food, too? Is it good for my dog? Do I need to buy it directly from the butcher? or I can buy it prepackaged from the store?
