I am looking for suggestions on how to get a picky 4-year-old out to eat more fruits and vegetables.?

He has a daily vitamin supplement and fish oil capsules. He will not eat fruit smoothies, dried fruit or fresh fruit with the exception of a handful of raisins per week. We puree vegetables and add Them to sauces such as spaghetti bolognese tomato. We tried to make him eat food that he does not want by giving him a spoonful of food and before eating, after of something that he does like. a spoonful of minced vegies, followed by beans and a spoonful of apple – mash, followed by a spoonful of cream. The nutritionist, Pediatrician and community nurses suggestions have all failed. I do not know what I do from here? Suggestions of things that you worked for or recipes I could try. He loves fish, poultry, eggs, bacon, beans, bread, pasta, couscous, apple juice and milk to drink occasionally. Help!
