Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil?
Is it healthy to cook with coconut oil regularly? My husband has just bought a tub of Bio-Oil Extra Virgin Cocounut mentioned by some companies Nutiva. Medicine categorized as coconut oil saturated fat and therefore unhealthy. What does the holistic and alternative medicine community about it? On the one hand, I know it has for centuries been used in the regions () with mostly warm climates, where it is less heart disease. But on the other This page is a solid oil. Could that be the end of our arteries clogged like a lot of butter or shortening in the diet would be? Before I want to cook with it I am sure that we are not all going to end up with a heart condition! Currently I use only Evoo and canola oil for cooking. Thank you!
