Well, it could change the way you look. You may be able Lose weight and you'll be much healthier. I'm trying a vegetarian, become a vegan because it is the most healthiest diet is out there. I know went vegan Alicia Silverstone, she said her eyes were lighter and her skin was lighter. You might want to look up to. this would be a least a month to detoxify your body and get all the meat and nasty stuff out of you. After this month you will start feeling a change and look better.
