What are healthy foods that are high enough calories, so I do not lose weight (I mean exercises are done)?
I eat raw fruits and vegetables, To nuts, eggs, etc., but I started exercising and I'm thin enough, I did not lose any weight. I just want to know how to have the calories I lost, replaced. I could not put dressing on the salad, but do not want to raise my insulin levels. Oh, I also can not eat refined grains / sugar, You do not really like when you eat raw fruits and vegetables, because you probably own enough carbs and you should really eat more carbohydrates than Protien still need (and they raise insulin levels to decreasing your energy).
Avocado's, nuts (esp raw almonds, butter and almonds, pine nuts), olives, peas, coconuts, Seeds, etc. to help keep your weight right where it is. These raw vegetable fats do not cause the body to gain weight, because it is the enzyme lipase, which contain the enzyme, which is necessary to digest fat. But they will help you on your weight level. Fat is to keep what you do not want to digest sugar. As you say, sugar, you give the wrong Sense of energy, because if they are burned, you fall on your face with fatigue. Fat is to burn the best. Also I know someone is here, and say I come … OOHHH FAT IS BAD … there is a differnace between the fat) that person meal (natural fats, cooking oils and fats to meet. If you kill the fat they cook Enzyme lipase, and so you gain weight. See the link below for a table on calorie vegetable Hope this helps you.
