All raw foodists out there?
I have food problems in the search for new things to … I feel like a stuck-cashew, almond butter, date and therapy. Did you really super-good recipes to try for me?
Greetings! I have raw for two years, and there is no reason that might of almond butter! You only need a few cookbooks! (although many of these recipes can be found on the internet) My favorite raw food cookbook is "RAWvolution" by Matt Amsden. His bread and his onion burgers are fantastic. "Living is on Live Food" by Alissa Cohen also well they flaxseed crackers are a staple in our house, although I as tostadas. The best basic cookbook is "The Complete Book of Raw Food," by Lori Baird and Julie Rodwell, although more dietary information and resources as recipes. That Ice cream and chocolate sauce is a winner. If you are new raw food, and not yet a purchased dehydrator, juicer spiral, or plane, "Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People "by Jennifer Cornbleet is great. I still use all the time, and everything you need is a blender and a food processor. And if you spend much time on Your hands and you want serious, you can not beat Charlie Trotter's book "Raw". Great recipes for a dinner or even a special occasion. Sunfood Nutrition has a really good site with forums and a very active online community. You can visit: http://www.rawfood.com/ and for quick Breakfast and snacks are always Lara Bars!
