
How do I plan a menu for the week to do very much?
I need a weekly dinner plan for me and my 6-year-old son. My is one big problem, I work 10 hours in my full time job and then I'll jump from there to my sunbed for 3 hours work. I need material that I can prepare ahead of time and microwave or order that I can eat raw. We try to eat healthily try to avoid too many processed foods. I also trying to lose weight and to Weight Watchers. Thanks ahead of time for the help!
If you lose weight, you should exercise and diet together. If You diet without exercise, you will get bigger appetite, which is to increase the weight, or muscle grow conducted under the layer of fat, and make you fatter. Running is the most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a lot, walk first or you can health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weightlifting is a good way to target your problem areas for men and women. It is not necessarily a bodybuilder or even at a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help your problem areas (stomach, buttocks, legs, arms, chest) goal.
