So I have the Raw Food Diet Tomorrow I start …?

… and I just want to know what to expect. I am not the only way to lose weight, but to feel all the more healthy and energized. I do it to change my life for the better. :] I think what I ask is, what can I expect in terms of Changes in my body / stool, etc? What are the pros – and cons of the raw food lifestyle? When can I get with physical changes can occur? And just out of curiosity, what is the maximum amount of weight / fat I can lose after the RFD?
